Our People

Jeff Mackie, Principal, established Mackie Employer Solutions in 2004 and prior to that held senior HR roles in the resources and construction sector. After completing his tertiary studies at UWA Jeff initially worked managing recreation facilities before transitioning to resources where he has held both corporate and site roles in HR and ER. Jeff has completed consulting assignments throughout Australia and Asia and understands the unique challenges facing both HR and operations management in the current environment.

Raelene Wyatt, Senior Consultant commenced her career in manufacturing before working in the resources sector. Raelene has a Commerce Degree majoring in HR and IR and has completed a range of projects including policy development and review, benchmarking exercises, payroll outsourcing and reviews of service providers.

Meagan Woods, HR Advisor, has a Bachelor of Arts (Communication and Journalism) and has worked in the Public Sector, the Finance Industry and Resources. Meagan has worked in recruitment in the UK and Australia and has been involved in the planning and communication of an employee share plan rollout, and assisted with the development of policies and procedures relating to the implementation of a flight and accommodation management system.

Pamela Ng, HR Advisor, gained extensive HR experience in Singapore before attaining tertiary qualifications in Australia. Pamela speaks fluent Chinese and has recently been involved in the implementation of an employee appraisal system for a major resources company with operations in the Philippines.

Diane Viskovich our Office Manager has extensive administration experience and previously worked for a major blue collar recruitment firm. Diane manages all our office functions including payroll, accounts and facilities.

We have other employees who we engage on an as required basis and can also recommend other consultants if we don’t have the skill set to perform particular aspects of a project.
