Outsourced HR Partnering
We can provide HR services to Companies who require professional advice and assistance but can’t justify a full time role. Some larger companies are also seeking outsourced HR services which provide independent advice and HR functions on an “as required” basis.
Some examples of partnering include arrangements where we provide HR professionals on a one day per week basis, for quarterly progress reviews of HR plans and annual assistance with succession plans and organization charts.
We perform executive search and assist with recruitment as part of our broader services. We differentiate ourselves from recruitment firms in that any work associated with recruitment is done on an hourly basis and is not commission driven.
