We can provide HR services to Companies who require professional advice and assistance but can’t justify a full time role. Some larger companies are also seeking outsourced HR services which provide independent advice and HR functions on an as required basis.
Some examples of partnering include arrangements where we provide HR professionals on a part time basis or for short term and project requirements such as peak recruitment periods, annual reviews and leave replacements.
We perform executive search and assist with recruitment as part of our broader HR services. We differentiate ourselves from recruitment firms in that any work associated with recruitment is done on an hourly basis and is not commission driven.
In the ER area we also act as “Bargaining Agents” for companies when required and provide assistance with unfair dismissal claims.
